Delivery

We use Australia Post eParcel to post most of our products with tracking information. We can deliver your items to your home, work addresses, PO Boxes as well as to rural & regional areas.

Your item will be delivered during normal business hours weekdays only. If no one is attended at the address, parcel will be left at the nearest postal outlet for collection.

Please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch from the time your payment has been verified. In most cases it is much quicker.

Before you pay, please note:

1.) Confirm that you are providing the correct delivery address. We do not recommend changing the address after the purchase through the message, because we rely more on the system to automatically execute the order delivery, we can not ensure that human intervention can take effect in time before shipment.
2.) It is recommended to read our Shipping, Payment, Return and Warranty terms & conditons carefully, paying particular attention to the statements on our shipping term, to fully protect your rights and interests.
3.) Custom clearance fees and import tax or VAT may apply when item enter outside Australia countries. Please note we are not responsibility for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to your purchase.

Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay initial postage, return to sender postage and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct initial postage, return to sender postage, and restocking fee of 15% from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.

If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage, and restocking fee of 15%.
